Returns & Policies

Due to the nature of handmade and made-to-order works, purchases are typically final. Exceptions may apply—please enquire.

Deposits for custom pieces are generally non-refundable, as they cover design development and material commitments.

Yes. All collectible works include certification or documentation from Thús Huma and/or the maker.

If something arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange assessment and repair or replacement where possible.

We begin with a conversation to understand the site and concept. From there, we provide sketches or models, refine materials, and oversee fabrication through to installation.
