Unless otherwise noted, international duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the client.
You’ll receive confirmation, timeline updates, and shipping information. For commissions, we share progress notes throughout the creation process.
Returns & Policies
Due to the nature of handmade and made-to-order works, purchases are typically final. Exceptions may apply—please enquire.
Deposits for custom pieces are generally non-refundable, as they cover design development and material commitments.
Yes. All collectible works include certification or documentation from Thús Huma and/or the maker.
If something arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange assessment and repair or replacement where possible.

In many cases, yes. Adjustments to dimensions, finishes, or materials can often be accommodated.
We begin with a conversation to understand the site and concept. From there, we provide sketches or models, refine materials, and oversee fabrication through to installation.
